Hill Street Police Station lay vacant for some time before we were asked by Bingham Homes to design new housing for the site. It was decided that adding to and converting the existing building, which has historic ties to the area, opposed to demolishing it was the best option. Works completed on site in Spring 2020 providing 6no new large luxury homes. The homes have the quirks and character of a period property but the conveniences of a new build.
